Base Brew Controls
Brew temperature: Adjust to achieve your desired flavor.
Brew ratio: Control the coffee-to-water ratio.
Bloom
Bloom ratio: The amount of water in the initial pour.
Bloom duration: How long the bloom phase lasts.
Bloom temperature: Set the temperature for the bloom water.
Pulses
Number of pulses: How many times water is added.
Time between pulses: Interval between water additions.
Pulse temperature: Set different temperatures for each pulse.
